Terms of Use (EULA) for Good Spark

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Good Spark ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. License

Good Spark grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

3. In-App Purchases

Good Spark offers two premium purchase options:

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period lasts 1 week. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on macOS, or via the App Store.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if a trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends.

  • This is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. There are no auto-renewable subscription charges.
  • Once purchased, premium access is permanent and does not expire.

General

  • All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
  • Prices are in USD and may vary by region. We may update pricing at any time. In-app purchase prices are set in App Store Connect and are controlled by Apple.

4. Premium Content

Good Spark provides affirmation content organized into tone packs.

  • Free Packs (4 packs, 40 affirmations): Available to all users at no cost.
  • Premium Packs (8+ packs, 160+ affirmations): Require a Premium Annual subscription or Premium Lifetime purchase.

Premium users also receive content updates and new packs as they are released.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data.

Summary: Good Spark does not collect personal data. All preferences and history are stored locally on your device.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Good Spark are owned by or licensed to Good Spark. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Good Spark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Affirmations are for general wellness and motivational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, or otherwise).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Spark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
